I think I've visited there sometimes after update
Lemme check if I forgot to write it down on list (or just missing)

Edit : That must be 'Royal Gate'

 

After 1.20 hit, I kept "rediscovering" areas because the game wore Brainwash for a bit too long. Areas like Detlas, Olux, and more middling places were all wiped clean. I can't say for certain whether or not these territories disappeared from being logged in my questbook, but there is a possibility that you just need to "rediscover" your missing areas. In other words, those missing territories could already be on that cursed list..
