    There is an itemlockbug which makes evry1 loose an itemlocked item by a full inventory. It made me lost my disco and it would be nice if u can help me! This bug happens just if ur Inventory is full while u drop a itemlocked item from ur bank. Which leads to dissappering of an item. It would be nice if u can help me...
    I seeked for the item too but it just dissappeared. Thx for reading this and I would appreciate it if u could help!

    Go make a Bug Report, Staff should be able to refund your Discoverer since this is unintended game behavior. Because you don't have a video of you losing your Mythic, I recommend recreating the scenario with a less valuable item, to definitively prove that this bug exists.

    Wait, am I misinterpreting this? I've always taken it as meaning if you lose an item due to a bug, then it will be refunded.

    "refunds of any kind, due to any reason", so no.
    They say to make a bug report, but you will not get the item back.

    Geez, that feels unnecessarily harsh. If someone has undeniable proof that the game was at fault, the moral choice is simply to refund them in full. I mean, if you found a dead rat in a loaf of bread (And can prove it) it's your right and the companies responsibility to provide a full refund, so why isn't the same true in Wynn?

    Yeah, but the problem is that proof can be faked, and they don't want to have to deal with that, I suppose (this is just my guess)

    Yeah, and that's reasonable- though if somebody can provide empirical evidence that a bug gobbled up an item, it's no skin off Wynncraft's back to refund it!

    The thing is, they'd probably end up getting it wrong at some point just by accident, and/or could be accused of favoritism based on who they refund and who they don't. It's not really a "good" policy, but it's by far the easiest for QA to deal with. Even if they only gave items back if they were absolutely 100% sure the evidence wasn't faked, that'd still just lead to people who felt their evidence was good enough getting upset that they don't get their items back but others do.

    Heh, I'm reminded of this JFK quote:
    "We choose to go to the moon in this decade and do the other things, not because they are easy, but because they are hard."

    To shut down Players who felt that their evidence was good enough, I think that saying having any sort of refund policy is better than having none at all. It's undeniably a difficult position for Staff to consider, and I don't fault them for not implementing a refund policy- though it shouldn't be outside the realm of possibility for due compensation to be awarded to slighted Players, given that they have empirical evidence of bugs. Just my thoughts on the matter, hopefully Staff will consider this at some point in the near future.. x_x

    both travisnh and linnyflower got their hics revived after both died to bugs so yes it is 100% refundable when a bug causes a loss
