Mana may be a little bit low since it's all regen, but I use something similar and haven't had any problems.

 

wait was mana regen nerfed?

 

more like a common belief recently found out to be false, it actually triggers every 5 seconds instead of 4.

 

I personally make use of the morph set, 7 out of 8 items, so 3 armor pieces and 4 accessories. That combined with Third Eye (a helmet) and either bob's mythic wand (water powders applied to it) or nepta floodbringer, U have to be lvl 93 for this build but makes u regen 8 mana/4 secs, ice snake, meteor and tp cost 1 mana, and meteor 2, overall u can just spam spells and still have alot of other buffs, such as 80% xp/loot bonus.

bit of a glass cannon and its only 7/5 mana regen but it works
use with peaceful rest or nepta floodbringer (or both in my case cause both deal only fire or water) and dual wield with KoH
21k ehp (no agi), 17.5k 1 mana meteors

morph is good for early-late game because xp but really not end game cause you dont need xp bonus and it is a bit lacking but still works for end game (but its overshadowed)

 

I mainly needed an end game build because im lvl 105 and im not good at making builds

60k eHP, 12k, 1 mana meteors. I've always found it difficult to build a mage tanky while also having respectable damage.
