    Ok I know this is a necropost but it relates to the topic of the thread
    I found 2 more updated NPCs

    Tirt and Czytash from Zhight Island
    Prior to 1.20 they were both villagers, now they have a human skin instead
    Phief and Zhight are still villagers btw
    I don't know if changing the appearance of the NPCs is supposed to be an effort to fix NPCs that canonically shouldn't be villagers or prerequisites for reworks on these quests in 1.21 (hopefully the latter because IMO all the quests that have recieved a change like this could do with a rework)
