There is no reason for you to invest all SP in int. You don't need any more than 129, and thus get more ehp.

Anyways, the damage is good, ehp is a bit on the lower side but still usable, and I personally don't like the negative life sustain, but most people are fine with it as Mage.

The main problem in the build in my opinion is the low mana sustain. With 1 cost heal it might be usable, but right now I think it's pretty eh (you could use KoH for heals). Keep rolls in mind aswell.

Overall I'd say that the build is decent apart from the mana, but I personally would use something slightly more defensive and with no negative life sustain over it.

 

The extra mana is from prest, I need at least 129 with judas for 1 cost meteor

 

If you use Pro Tempore you can get higher damage with almost exactly the same ehp and better mana (but that would only be if you got a perfect damage perfect mana one). The only downside would be that your heals go down a bit.
EDIT: This would also allow you to sub detective's ring for yang for even more damage with less ehp
