Idk if this is tanky by your standards but it can work. If you can get a good roll on time rift you can try to get 103 and beat eo with this and then get ornate shadow cloud.

 

Not at the level yet but near it
Class: mage
Playstyle: Cancelstack tank or fast melee tank
Restrictions: No Qira or Li items (electric or air Qira items are excused)
Preferences: Uses Cascade or Event Horizon, whichever works best

 

Class: Archer
Playstyle: Spell spam
Restrictions: Mythics or Li items (I only have Galleon)
Preferences: Build based on Gales Force. I still haven't seen a good one yet. :/ Also not glassy build

....meh.... writhing growth is basically THE cancelstack leggings so this is not nearly as good

but it should get you through EO I guess? with a bit of pain, the -eledef isn't THAT harsh
