    1 is where spis the best place to grind combat lvls as a combat 48 archer? Other than dungeons. And is there anyway for me to enter the silent expanse without lvl 100

    I'd recommend doing quests and secret discoveries, but if you really want to grind you could probably go to herb cave (in the jungle, go straight to the right after leaving the great bridge)

    Alternatively, they could go to the spider cave grind spot just outside of Llevigar (until lvl 54) as per this video:
