Strobelight is really just there because I like it.
Don't forget that charge (even though it does no damage) still procs poison and war scream is arguably the best spell for enabling poison.

I liked this concept so I am adding a much tankier version that has 1-cost charges without out losing too much dps:

Really like the 1 cost charges with it. I'd probably still use prowess over dying lobellia because it gives about 24K EHP here and it doesn't give -% water damage that makes the heal worse.

With your build in mind, I made this improvement on the original:
less EHP than yours but still alot of poison, better heals and now 1 cost charges as well as 2 cost war screams.

It is a variation of an idol build I've been theorizing. With Warscream on (which you should enable in settings since you're a warrior), you will have 90k~ eHP, 9/4 mr, 2/4 ms, 2m cost 9-10k uppercuts.

If you use water powders on armour you can achieve higher damage. Weave in bashes between uppercuts for good dps.

I am sure other talented people could improve this, as for a warrior, my knowledge is minimal.

EDIT: If you want way more mana regen(12/4mr), 110k eHP and slightly less uppercut damage, but 1 mana cost more:
