the dura is a bit overkill and not worth 2 less mr.

The durability is slightly lower that you want, 140-143, but the requirements are more forgiving with a 112 intelligence requirement and no strength requirement, so you can diversify your build a bit more. Otherwise it's very similar to yours, other than -3% maximum spell damage and less bonus intelligence (which doesn't really matter since it's already very high from the requirement).

 

great spring recipe, but sadly i don't need to remove the strength req because im a water-sanc gaea-hewn (not a eden-blessed capri) so yea.
