How Do You Get Guild Tomes?

I know it has something to do with wars but I don't know anything more than that

 

join a guild, get tome seeking upgrade, get tome

 

You seem like you would know

 

So....I don't know that much either, but from what I know:

Get a territory (or several territories) with a lot of fish, put tomeseeking on it, defend those terrs and wait 5 million years because the chance of getting a guild tome is very low

Uh, why me

so theres three levels of tome seeking you can get on a guild terr (chances are %chance per HOUR)
0.06% (cheapest don't ever use this)

0.6% (takes more than 1 fish terr's worth of production to support (or, you can use tax or you can boost the terr)

1.2% (like 3x as expensive as 0.6% or something but I guess its worth in some cases)

the chances are absolutely abysmal unless you hold terr on the map
