Play Style : Singularity Spell Spam (yes shut up i want a rainbow build)
Restrictions : i only have 2 li diamond tokens so yeah. also no crafteds or any mythic boot besides crusade sabatons
Preferences : 40k+ ehp and 7+ mr if you can, and 1 or 2 meteor spell cost

 

Just looking for a good endgame mage build for normal play. preferably able to solo things like LI.

higher ehp even when counting for agi (much higher ehp without agi), slightly higher poison, worse walk speed and negative mana regen.... but hey I guess it works?

here's an exploited trickpockets build, it's relatively tanky and has mixed mana so it's somewhat easy to use, however you do need to be warry of running out since it doesn't have great mana sustain. Also exploited for healing via greed and all that.

Also poison shaman since you didn't seem to get one of those,

This is the build I personally use on my shaman; I use spleen splitter for bosses/hard enemies and silent ballet for fodder enemies/item grinding/mobility.

needs really good rolls on spell costs, and is honestly not very worth using over a regular spellspam build (mainly because panic zealot is.. not very good). it's a lot cooler, though

yes
make sure you assign atleast 94 or 105 intelligence

you can carry multiple wands to deal with different elemental defenses / weaknesses
