A Meaningful Holiday Glitch

I was doing the ‘A Meaningful Holiday’ quest when the map somehow glitched out and I couldn’t go past the cave where ice fell. I got stuck in a wall every time I was brought back, did /kill to try and mitigate it, and now I can’t get back to Santa’s village. Is there any way to reset this quest or do I have to manually walk to Santa’s village once again?

 

there should be a portal near Ternaves that should bring you back to the village

 

Where is it? Can’t seem to find it.

 

There should be a portal to the left of Reshads stand, which is just outside of Ternaves (Reshad is at 780, -1618)
