Many Thing Wrong/broken With Powder On Armor

So with current patch (1.20.1) coming out they added a buff menu on screen, Which includes damage buff from armor (the 150% damage bonus is courage, 200% fire bonus is endurance)
From my own observation there are TWO thing that's VERY wrong about armor powder.


First off , let's point out the water one(concentration). the water powder tool tip in game is

PER Mana used.
the actual increase is 1% for EVERY SPELL NO MATTER WHAT COST. plz fix#1
Ok, let's move onto the second broken thing.

AIR POWDER STRAIGHT UP NOT WORKING
the DODGE does not give air damage at all.
if i get hit my endu would've tick and i know that buff is gone, but guess what? it straight DOES NOT GIVE ANYTHING aside from elemental defense rn. plz fix#2
ok im done ranting... but fr plz fix this shit/rework it ....it's broken in design for years and this patch showed that the powder does nothing.

 

maybe ur spells cost 1 mana? idk

 

i tested with 2 mana bomb, 3 mana shield and they still add a base of 1% no matter what cost my spell have

also pog, the update made concentration last longer depending on how much mana is used (5mana bomb make conc last 5s now)

apparently it's like a 2 block radius so maybe you weren't close enough

 

last I heard it resets immediately if you get outside the (very tiny) radius or something, making it basically ineffective

i tried to be as close as possible and without getting hit, if they work atleast i should see a glimpse of buff, which did not show up even at 2 block range from mob,
i even tried to damage it with weak weapon to see if they work, they didn't.

 

update, fix is out. air powder is working now

Why would it? Seems to me like it should only go away once you're away from a mob.

Is the quote below still correct, or does damage also change depending on spell cost now? Seems like if they fixed one, they fixed both.

 

both problem for water powder is fixed(both damage and duration are fixed pog), but now air powder(dodge) kinda not getting reset/reduced once you get hit like the powder guide
