Oasis Territories

What territories are considered oasis terrs, and which have a double resource/emerald rate? Also, how does the double emerald/resource rate work? Does it double all resources produced by the guild controlling it, or just the production of the territory?

 

Oasis are those producing one of each type of resource, i cant send links yet due to not enough messages sent in the forums. But there is a specific wynncraft map which shows where each of the "special" terrs are. And upgrades only work on the territory you put them on.
