It has crazy mana regen, 1 mana spells, crazy spell damage, and really good health regen... would it be good?

Can you please explain that in a simpler way because I am pretty stupid

 

You can only assign 100 points to any skill, so your armor + accessories would need to give a boost of at least 20 intelligence for you to use a 120 intel min item, even if you assigned the maximum possible number of intelligence skill points. Since the build only gives you 15 intelligence points, you would have to assign 105 intelligence points, which is impossible.

 

You could switch out Sacramentalia for a Diamond Hydro bracelet and it would do more damage and not require too many skill points.
