How Do I Get Access To The Karoc Mine Annex When I Already Did The Quest In 1.19?

    I did the rise of the quartron ques in 1.19 and the door to the Karoc Mine Annex will not open, Is it possible to get in?

    You can't access the lumber yard where the third NPC is located (you can enter the bigfoot cave, though) for some reason if you finished the quest in 1.19, you get pushed back and receive this chat message:

    You can't enter the lumber yard if you haven't been there in the quest. All classes which have done the quest previously are unable to access the good fishing spot there
