Rally Id Healing

A friend noticed that their rally was healing different based on their weapon, even if there was NO HP ID attached.
I tested with a few potential variables, mainly Spell Damage. Spell damage did not cause a difference when used with a crafted item and it being the only stat. However I was told that Mage Heal is linked to water, so I also attempted to increase water damage. I made a few crafted weapons to test and after some tests, I was able to single out the variable.

Water Damage increases rally's heal.

I don't know how well known this is, but this is something very interesting that I wanted to share.

 

Water damage affects all healing spells; the Order of the Grook quest actually touches on that fact in its water class

It probably is but I had no idea, I thought it was just for mage heal

 

also for shaman totem

 

Water dmg % affect every type of heal (except healing potions, as these are static).
This is the main reason why support / heal weapons like Absolution and King of Hearts have Water dmg % (KoH is a good example of this)

Also, if you're going to use Rally, please use Rhythm of the Seasons as a secondary because Charge does do a fair amount of damage.
