How Does One Get Ensas Faith?

Ensas faith is a lvl 73 necklace with good hpr and mana regen and i really want one, however idk how its gotten since suposedly is unobtainable, i've been asking about it and people say it drops drom cip or cds but im not sure, anyone knows?

 

I’ve seen people asking for PCs on them so it definitely exists. I’d say it’s likely a dungeon drop like gales sight

 

It will occasionally drop from the item rain that occurs after you beat the dungeons. It can only appear from dungeons within 4 levels of the item, which means only Corrupted Decrepit Sewers and Corrupted Infested Pit.
