How Do I Create That Little Guild Logo Under A Forum Comment On A Post

I recently made a guild called corkians but i cant seem to find how i upload my immage to be that bar under someone whos in a guild and theres a logo thing
how to do that

take your image, put it on imgur or another image hosting site, right click it, click open image in new tab, and copy the link from there
click the little image option above the text box and paste the link there
