Mage/Dark Wizard Help Monster Build

I've been using this build for a while now, but recently crusade sabatons have increased in price by alot so I was looking for some monster builds with very similar stats that don't include them (in effect, a cheaper alternative).

Looking for:
- Same, if not higher ehp
- Must use mana regen, not mana steal
- Must be able to duel wield KoH
- Must have around 15k meteors (similar to my current build)

If you have anything that matches these requirements, I'd love to see them. Even if you've made a build that doesn't meet all the requirements but you think might be good to use, feel free to post it down below.

Mana Regen: 4/4s
Mana Steal: 8/4s

Not so sure... I'd much prefer mr to ms
