Help I Dont Understand English

I know that the project is translated into Russian can I learn how to play on a Russian server, and not in English?

 

The server is only in english. However there might be a mod that translates it

 

I just watched 2 youtubers and they have everything in Russian so that somehow you can play in Russian

 

As I said, there might be a mod for it, no idea which or where

well I don't think that these are mods because mods don't translate so accurately as far as I know they can't translate what is on the server and already in English in general I'm waiting for someone from the moderators or admins to answer me
