Class: Mage
Playstyle: h e a l s p a m
Restrictions: No mythics, no other restrictions
Preferences: I have a really good KoH so I'd prefer if the build used that for the wand (obviously lol). Also I'm mainly going to be using it to war with my guildmates and heal them, so if it's possible I'd prefer not to get 2 shot by tower explosions. Thanks

Use 7-piece morph plus blue mask until you get to level 100. Or cosmic set for leveling if you've done ???. Peaceful rest or judas for weapon. Run CIB a few times to get a Peaceful Rest or CSST for judas. Then you can use this at level 100:

You can probably get all that for 40le. pro tempore is a bit pricey but you should be able to make it work, it'll be the most expensive piece.

Restrictions: No "quest only" items. Chances are I don't have it. Although Qira rewards are fine, I'll have tokens available for that
Preferences: Preferably on the tankier side? I don't wanna be a glass cannon lol. I'm down to drop money on a mythic bow if it REALLY makes a difference compared to just using a legendary bow.

Play style: Mostly spell, could also do melee. Most of the times im doing bosses dungeons raids etc.
Restrictions: None. I dont even know if there's a really good build for Sunstar.
Preferences: Should be able to Solo Li EO and can easily do Raids.

Restrictions: Mythics
Preferences: My Budget is 22 le so preferably something within that range but it can go slightly above that too. I haven't done many quests either so chances are that I won't have that item.

 

Procrast spell, focuses more on damage but still pretty tanky. Should be able to do raids. Never played shaman but I think it should also be able to solo LI.

Not experienced building archer, but honestly morph olily is very budget and also very good. You can get a full morph set for just over 2le, and orange lily is a couple runs of CUR, just hop on a CUR party and you'll have it pretty quickly. It can definitely solo EO. It's pretty great in most ways except it lacks health sustain unlike cluster builds.
If anyone else has other recs feel free.

cool: 1/1/1/1 0-int costs
it's fairly tanky as far as balanced cata builds go, but it's definitely improvable if you are fine sacrificing the certified cool 1/1/1/1 costs

you can experiment around with items like resolve, sprintguard, sparkling plate etc to tailor the build to your preferences more

simply filtering wynndata for the highest walk speed items and choosing non mythics grants you this abomination
you can reach the walk speed cap (400% iirc) with crafteds if you're interested in that, just ask in the discord for a crafted walk speed build or wait until someone who deals with crafteds responds.

this might be a little glassy, melee mage outside of singu and gaia is a bit low on damage, so this is more damage focused, this may not survive more close arena bosses such as cybel etc., so if I have more ideas I'll update this.
