Is Full Morph An Actually Viable Option?

Until now I thought morph stuff were a joke item. But after seeing a number of people in full morph I'm kinda confused.

 

Morph isn't a bad set to use if you don't feel like trying to gather gobs of items for a build and using up 10's or hundreds of le. For example, when you decide to put all of your spare points into int. for a spell build and combine it with the reduced mana costs from the set, it makes it pretty good.

In short, it's mostly the poor man's build that works for day to day stuff and it's for if you don't want to spend a lot of cash and time to make a build.

 

Yeah I found out that it's one of the best builds when you're low on money

 

Morph is a good all-rounder build. there are definitely better ones, but morph isn't a bad choice.

 

Morph set and cascade for mage is actually a surprisingly viable option. Idk about other rainbow weapons for each class, but I’m sure there are others.

TBH full morph is actually a really good rainbow set because not only is it cheap, but because of the really good skill set bonus. You'll have a ton of skill points left over and you can use that to improve on a specific elements (or elements).

Say someone wants to have a rainbow build but more focused on water and earth. That player can use morph and spend the remaining skill points (since that person would have a lot) on those 2 elements

 

...do not invest spare skill points in strength (unless poison build) or dextrerity, unless your weapon requires it or something. They scale badly and are additive, making them just clearly inferior skills to int/def/agi.

Anyways Morph is a good, cheap, basic choice. It's sort of a "general ok build" that can solo everything (except raids ee) if you don't want to get into actual builds, though most decent builds are better than Morph.

morph especially loves anything that can address its inability to find 129int: ttide and olily stand out for archer, i'm not sure whether others like nepta and cryo still work postnerf.
