Is there like a taming skill, where I can tame mobs and ride them? (ie: taming a horse, then using a saddle to ride it)

 

As @Mistrise Mystic said, they lived a nice and happy live on the best farm they could ever be and totally didn't become the horses of apocalypse, waiting for their riders to get a snack, which is the only reason we are still alive

You will get a horse for free after you have done quest "Stable Story"

 

HSB is a toxic nuclear waste land , wynncraft is much better designed , and the admins dont ban you for stupid reasons , and opinions are welcomed and respected , unlike hypixel , bans you for the dumbest things known to man , rarely listen the community unless its the entire HSB server against it or yters influence , dont actually read appeals

i got banned for saying , "cardboard gud" and apparently that was discrimination and appeal got denied , which just proves my point of them not reading appeals

 

You get a free brown horse for doing a level 34 quest. Horses level up as you ride them, getting faster per level. There are four different kinds of horses: brown, black, chestnut, and white. Each one has a different level cap; brown horses cap out at level 10, black at level 20, chestnut at level 30, white at level 40. You can get higher level horses by breeding lower level ones (but it’s basically luck based so it’s usually just better to buy higher tier horses off the trade market)

 

Crafting is optional, and can make some good money although getting higher combat levels makes higher level areas with higher level materials more accessible, you can simply use other rarities during the early game. Try looking up a tutorial, or simply keep doing quests and exploring until you unlock better cities like the deltas

 

Can I name my horse?
One thing that bummed me out is I couldn't build a base, can I do that later on?

 

Unfortunately I believe you need a rank to rename your horse i'm just not sure which one

 

You can buy a housing plot at the rainbow air balloon an any town for like 10 EB
And I think Horse/pet naming is a VIP or VIP+ feature
