Eyes On Me

Eyes on me is a fabled necklace you can get from the Nest of the Grootslangs raid, at first glance, it looks like an overall decent heavy melee item, here it is.
with mana steal going up to 3/4 believe

I have one problem with this item... do you see it? cause i do

intelligence needed... if this is meant to be a heavy melee item, why does it need intelligence, let alone 45 of it for a level 60 item? thats 45 points going into a stat you won't even use often if you are going for heavy melee, which in my sight is the only reason you would use this item.
If i am missing something crucial here, please let me know, i just don't see a useful time you could use this item.

 

This.... Isn't a heavy melee item, it's used for getting super slow attack speed for spellsteal builds so you can activate Mana steal more easily.

 

I mean now that vanish costs 2 mana instead of one the intel might help it cost less, also helps with totem cost for heavy melee shaman

You do know that items with -tier's and high potential mana steal doesn't always mean heavy melee right?

 

ye, as said above already it's a spellsteal item, where in builds that use mana steal, you want to have as slow attack speed as possible, to have the highest chance to trigger it in one hit.

eyes on all is pretty much a replacement for atlas, since atlas got nerfed. its meant to be used in slow hybrid builds for mana steal + low attack speed.

 

nah, nah. -tier makes your attack speed slower. slower attack speeds mean higher chances for mana steal to activate. this is good in builds where you use mana steal as your main source of mana. not heavy melee (heavy melee doesnt even need mana really :/)

 

atlas inc should rename to eyes on all inc

on assassin it does, you cast vanish as much as possible.

 

Out of all the people I expected to get ratiod you sure weren't one of them
And I feel "Eyes on all inc" is a bit redundant and doesn't have the same ring as "Atlas inc"

 

just call it eyes inc

 

imagine trying to piggyback off of atlas inc's name :mfw: also eyes on all is not as GOD TIER as pre 1.20 atlas (rip atlas)
