Quest Updated Mid Quest

So I was in the middle of Rise of the Quartron before it updated, specifically the stage 'Take down the Quartron and return to nasea with the news'. I had left the area and have no way to return back as the old method is gone and I cannot trigger the start again. If there's a way to reset this quest or if a staff member can help I'd be grateful.

 

You can't throw something on all the gold pressure plates to re-enter the area?

 

the plates are no longer a part of the quest

now you charge a quartz piece upstairs and run it down to blow up the door to the lab
