Birthday!- My Wynncraft Gm Application!

On this day, exactly one year ago at almost midnight, my unanswered GM application was born!

I'm so fortunate to see my little GM app growing up before my very eyes, so I've decided to hold a birthday party for it.

And you're invited!

The birthday party will be taking place in Dern (real (real (real))) this Sunday at around 5:00 P.M. CST. Be sure to park your vehicles at the Gateway Island entrance. Nonexistent cake will be provided.

Hey!

First of all, super sorry it's been a year (this kind of shocked us too). We paused GM applications because it's difficult to handle the GM process with an ongoing update and a big GM team. We were feeling pretty full capacity at the start of the last update. As you can imagine, the team can only get so big. We also decided that the GM process was very outdated for our current systems, but as we dove into the update, it got put to the side - so we apologise for that. Since we are between updates at the moment, we are actively looking at how to update the GM process on our side, and review the apps that have been sitting for a while. If you are still interested in being a GM we appreciate your patience and we hope to get you an answer soon.

We will also review how we display if applications are being actively reviewed or not (opened or closed), so you will know if you will be waiting or not.

Firstly, I want to thank you for your formal response. It's perfectly understandable-- the CT has done an amazing job with the Gavel update, and I understand that you also have lives outside of looking through applications and working on Wynncraft.

Secondly, I want to thank you for taking the time to read GM applications in the first place; knowing the limited positions on the CT, I appreciate the consideration of every application, and understand that the team has been forced to make a lot of difficult decisions.

As for my application itself, I would absolutely be willing to submit an updated form. Though I haven't edited my application since submission, I have had over an entire year to look through and review my post; it's alright, but let's just say that there's a lot of room for improvement.

Once again, thank you and the rest of the Content Team for your consideration, and for all the time and effort you've put into Wynncraft.
