Can't Pick Up Corroded Key

I can't pick up the corroded key for some reason? Anyone else having this problem and know how to fix it? It's been going on for multiple days now.

The coords of the key are -505 ~ -1630

 

you have to attack it for it to drop the key, as it is a mob with 1hp that drops it to keep it from despawning. if you cant pick up the drop, i have no idea what the issue could be other than inventory space

 

Sometimes you can't pick up an item, (I couldn't pick up the switch fuse in Corrupted Village, or Snail Slime for Recipe for disaster) just wait a minute or so. That worked for me

You'll probably see this a lot in quests, look out for the entity name!
