Mage Guide?

you dont have to follow it exactly, this is just general guidelines
the wiki is a good place to look for things in general.

 

But what about a guide to mage gear, and mage gear progression?

 

I'm asuming you just joined, in which case just use whatever gear you find. When you get to level 65 ish you can ask around for a build, which is basically a group of armor selected for a certain purpose. I know there are some good low level wands, but I wouldn't know, because my main is assassin and I havent used my mage for anything other than detlas fast travel.

 

So rn should I just focus on doing all quests that I can?

instead of sage you can use haqherphix which is good because super fast attack speed and maybe powder abuse using that super fast attack speed

 

Focus on doing whatever you want to do, like quests, dungeons, exploration, discoveries, whatever you want. It isn't until like around level 65-70 you can start focusing on more specific things like class builds.

 

About how long does it take to get to level 65

 

It all depends on you. Some people can do it in a few hours, but for me it took months.

 

However long you want it to take. Could be 3 days, could be a month. If you really want to enjoy what wynncraft is, i recommend taking your time.; there isn't a rush.

 

Is wynncraft a very grindy game?
I came from skyblock

 

It shouldn't be, if you don't do profs and do quests.

 

If you want it to be, it can, you can do whatever you want to. The main purpose of wynn is exploration and combat, with dungeons, quests, and discoveries sprinkled throughout the world.

 

Assuming that you were a skyblock sweat, wynncraft isn't grindy at all. Complete the quests and go to grind spots if you just need a tad more xp for the next level--leveling up shouldn't be challenging until ~level 80, where things start to get difficult.

 

more like lv.70, I feel like thats when leveling starts to slow down a lot.
