The Order Of The Grook

hey, so im in to middle of doing the order of the grook quest, an dim in wybel class, but I think the custom heads are broken, as it is asking me to reorder the wybel plushes on the shelf, problem is that they are all some guys head

 

Use 1.12.2 or 1.15, 1.16 (still?) has this issue

 

Have you tried restarting or trying other versions, and if that doesn't work then I suppose the best thing you could do then is get a video up of where the heads start and try to complete it through memory. Out of interest is this the first time you've seen this glitch or has there been other occasions?
