Very interesting to find out what people enjoy, I really like:

    Adventures of Robin Hood (1938)
    Psycho (1960)
Good the Bad and the Ugly (1966)
Once Upon a time in the west (1968)
Star Wars a new hope (1977)
Indiana Jones and the last crusade (1989)
    Mask of Zorro (1998)
    Count of Monte Cristo (2002)
Lord of the Rings Trilogy (2001-2003)
    Hobbit Trilogy (2012-2014)

And my favourite TV show is the Richard Greene Robin hood series

My favourite films are kinda generic, but then again there's a reason why these are my favourites:

12 Angry Men (1957): Nigh flawless in my opinion. Fantastic camerawork, considering the whole movie is in one room. One of the best casts in all of cinema.
North by Northwest (1959): Extremely humorous while also providing genuine thriller cinema.
2001: A Space Odyssey (1968): Always intriguing, both visually and philosophically. Makes me uncomfortable like no other film as well.
Barry Lyndon (1975): Just beautiful. The length is overwhelming, but that's a good thing. It's necessary.
Stalker (1979): Beautiful in the sheer repulsiveness of its setting. Incredible acting as well, though I don't understand a word the characters are saying without subtitles.
Blade Runner (1982): This is what science fiction is about. One of the pioneers in the cyberpunk genre. Just beautiful visuals and a fantastic soundtrack all around. Rutger Hauer (may he rest in peace) is fantastic as well.
Schindler's List (1994): Spielberg gets a lot of flack for making the same kind of movie over and over again as well as being responsible for pretty much responsible for your run of the mill blockbuster, but that doesn't change the fact that I cried. I cried hard. Also Raph Fiennes is just chilling as Amon Göth.
No Country for Old Men (2008): Tense all the way through. This film doesn't mess around. Few villains seem as unstoppable as Anton Chigurh, despite him just being one man with a bolt gun.
The Grand Budapest Hotel (2014): Great whimsical fun, but also a sympathetic story. Every frame is a pleasure to look at.

    Some of my favourite series:

Doctor Who: Really good if you ignore the bad parts. On a serious note, while it's kinda gone to shit there's some really great TV in there somewhere.
Star Trek: Deep Space Nine: Again, there's some really bad parts, especially in the earlier seasons. While not your conventional Stark Trek formula, this series executes its main idea, the exploration of alien cultures the best of all.
The Thick of It: Absolutely (offensively) hilarious. Especially the first two seasons (if you can get past the fact that the main character is played by a convicted pedophile) had me rolling on the floor. It's also fun to see how many "The-Thick-of-It-isms" you can spot when our prime minister is holding a press conference again. Invented the word omnishambles, which is glorious as well.

Having said all that, there's definitely a whole lot of movies I haven't had or taken the time to watch yet. The rest of Tarkovsky's work (minus The Mirror) and all of Kurosawa come to mind. Might want to watch some anime classics such as Akira and Miyazaki's works as well, though I don't care that much for animation.

The Pokemon Anime. Full of filler, but it's incredibly nostalgic to me and the non-filler episodes are incredibly entertaining
Doctor Who from 9 up until 12. 13 kinda ruined it
Adventure Time. Amazing characters and a surprisingly deep lore. Shame it had to end

    TV Shows:
-I've been completely obsessed with American Horror Story recently. Rewatched season 3 about 3 times.
-The first season of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina was surprisingly good but the rest didn't maintain that quality.
-Pose is really interesting and not like any other tv show I've seen. Plus everyone looks so cool.
-Avatar the Last Airbender still holds up super well and I get a ton of nostalgia from watching it.

I don't really watch a ton of movies but the first ones to come to mind are the Harry Potter films just because I LOVE the soundtrack.
