Is This Something Everyone Gets, Or Is This My First Rare Drop?

yes everyone can get fabled items, they're a tier of item above legendary but below mythic

 

I meant like, is it a guaranteed drop, or is it rare

 

it is kinda rare, you can find it in chests and mob drops

 

Usually if it's a guaranteed item that everyone gets it will say either Quest Item or Untradeable

 

Fabled items are pretty rare (10x rare than legendaries) but unfortunately they don't really sell for much, unless it has godly rolls. i'm not sure about the new fableds though, such as scarlet veil, ornithopter, etc, they might sell for a decent amount temporarily since not a lot of people have them right now.

 

Not planning on selling that, it has a pog 75% teleport spell cost reduction :D
