1/15/2021 Incident Report

Today at 10:20 EST multiple dernic lurkers (lvl 100) SE mobs invaided Detlas and killed multiple low lvl players countless times. Some reported losing all their stuff after dying many times. Myself and another high lvl defended the low lvls and killed of the remaining mobs. After 10 mins of fighting we checked the town and no more hostiles were spotted. Im not sure where to put this as it isnt a bug. The running theory is a high lvl player luered them there as a joke but then left. This let the mobs target the lower lvled players.

 

This is terrible to hear. I can’t believe there are people who think that things like this are funny.

 

1: How did they get the Dernic lurkers to Detlas in the first place?

2: That is actually really sad because those low level players might have lost a ton of soul points

 

Only plausible method is via the road used to get to the Silent Expanse

 

1. they most liekly just had the dernic chase them (those mobs are fast but low dmg 1-2k per hit for lvl 100s, keep in mind 1-2k dmg is insta tap for lvl 30 and under
2. Yeah like 4 ppl said they lost everything and one said he had 2 SP left

 

How did lvl 100 mobs travel 3k+ blocks to get to detlas .-.

 

yeas road to dern entrance is like 700 blocks from detlas, not a long run

they didnt ravel 3k blocks. they traveld 700 since they spawn at the entrance of the SE which is 600 blocks from detlas. Like i said some player most likely luered them there

If we identify the player who lured the mobs into Detlas, they should be banned the next time they log in; they did a Player-Made Invasion, which is against the rules

MY NEW QUESTION IS WHO THE HELL THOUGHT IT WAS A GOOD IDEA TO MAKE lvl 100 MOBS SPAWN WITHIN 700 BLOCKS OF A lvl 30 CITY

 

This happened on the Hero Beta as well, I was coming back to detlas to do something (completely forgot what it was) and then I saw a bunch of all-seeing witnesses killing Iboju repeatedly. Thankfully it was the hero beta so Iboju hasn't actually lost anything on the live server. I feel like it's the same person doing this but I don't know.

 

Except the area makes 100% sense?

 

You do realise there are level 50 pirates like 200 blocks from Ragni, right?

 

This sounds unbelievable, 10 whole minutes of fighting?? How many monsters were there, defending the low levels, whilst you and others defend them? They could have just left unless they were AFK, if this did happen the way you're describing this it sounds like there's too many monsters to be someone luring them there. Sounds like a major glitch to me

 

isnt that against the wynncraft rules? because if not it should be implimented now
