What is a good class for a beginner

 

Endgame Mage is probably the easiest because of heal, but early game it's a bit difficult because it has low damage. If you like damage archer is good. Assassin is generally seen as the most balanced, but I'm not sure if its recommended for a beginner (EDIT: nvm about that). Warrior is more annoying than other classes because of general bad design. I have no idea what shaman is doing at this point.

So I would say mage, but I might be biased.

I would personally recommend playing as assassin, as it is best one in terms of damage/complexity

 

archer if you like high dmg and ranged glass cannons
assassing=archer but low range and more tanky
warrior= tank
mage=cooler tank and you have meteors
shaman=you do fun stuff with your totem

 

assassin, its very fun, and not even that difficult to play.

 

Play whatever you like best. The classes are mostly balanced.

Just to be sure, pick a class that you think you would like. Mage is simply the easiest class to learn, since it's spells are good and simple, and the spell combos are obvious (ice snake then meteor). It's also really good in the endgame. But wynncraft isn't about the endgame. pick something that would be fun. If you like being tanky but not dealing much damage, then mage is good.

I'm gonna rate the classes from easiest to hardest:

1) Mage (Heal spam heal spam heal spam)
2) Assassin (Balanced and still fun)
3) Archer (Fast boi but you die in 2 hits lol)
4) Shaman (It's good right now but it's getting nerfed soon so F)
5) Warrior (Just bad in every way, never play warrior)
