Playstyle: Hybrid (Or rather, i don't care I can function with both lmao)
Restrictions: 134 SP (Level 68, that is), purified helmet of the legends
Preferences: None, just ample damage and some bulk

I've gotten better at building but the domain of not level 100 still eludes me. Been looking for a decent build to take down CoW, Bob, and ToL's Grand Magus among other level 70 bosses solo with little sweat
I like melee a bit more than spell

 

Can you afford to dump some T6 powder into a level 55 wand?

Or honestly I think 5xt5 might be enough, I put thunders here but fire may work better for the powder special and anti COW

If you're willing to grind, switch the chestplate to Admiral for more skillpoint (less damage, but overall better quality of life and you can also hit 94 int I think).

Note that ingame morph does not give -1st and -3rd cost at this level, so you're getting 4 cost meteor with only 3MR which is really sad :(

Possibly switch morph necklace for mana regen.

When not using purified, probaby use like Venison or whatever mana regen you can get your hands on because this build is too low on mana regen

Do the Temple of Legends boss altar and get yourself a 2/4 or 3/4 mana Stave of the Legends, that stuff is so insanely strong (against everything except bob :( )

By the time you face bob you'll be level 75 and you can add another morph piece and do stuff like this https://wynndata.tk/s/4578mn (3 cost meteor and 2 cost heal ingame, mind you; I think I assigned skillpoints for like level 78 or 79, you can fiddle with the helmet and chestplate a bit to get better results)
