Guide What You Should Do Before 1.20 Drops

1. Finish Gavel quests for some extra xp, if you need.

2. Abuse shit out of Shaman because its Aura Prison is going to stop working on most bosses.

3. Abuse shit out of Time Rift Shaman, as it's getting patched.

4. Level up some gathering levels and stock materials to buy housing blocks (or you can buy on trade market, doesn't matter).

5. Join a guild if you like renewed guild wars.

6. (For slaves of capitalism) Gathering xp bonus sets are gonna have quite a lot of demand, stock some crafting ingredients & T3 materials.

7. Get good builds for raids. Tomes are soulbound, so you'll have to do it for each class.

8. Stock Corrupted Dungeon keys & Runes if you like. I don't think they're going to be that effective, but still.

9. Cry a little if you main shaman

 

laugh maliciously knowing that warrior is the only class that has almost solely been buffed.... The cry because you play all the other ones too.

 

Don't forget all the long-ass tome requirements (mainly on speedrun classes)

These are them in order of longest to shortest approximately:

-40 Secret Discoveries (currently 44 in the game)
-300 total level (avg 16.25 per prof if you're 105) - This thread is amazing, with dxp and speed, you only need the stuff for levels 1-10.
-12 unique dungeons
-50 quests
-10k mobs
-300 chests
-300 discoveries

Some of them you can do whilst completing others like the discoveries, chests and mobs.
I didn't include all of them like 10 guild wars because it's uncertain if they're transfer across (and they're pretty short).

The only thing I want before 1.20 is for my broke ass to get a warp, I've been playing this game for 2 months and all I have is a 2 stx thrunda and a garbage revenant

Go switch to poison shaman because CCI kills spell shaman and melee shaman was always kinda questionable.

Orc Mask from A Fighting Species
Upgraded Orc Mask from A Fighting Species
Prison Gear from Forbidden Prison (Maybe I don't know if this returned)
Clearsight Spectacles from Finding the Light
The quest helmet from Realm of Light
and maybe the necklace reward from Eots (I don't think it returned)
