    Notably, in regards to Atlas, the team's opinions were split nearly down the middle on which nerf to apply to it. We obviously went with the 1 MS version, but this was the other proposed option that didn't get in- getting some feedback on this would be good too.

    really glad that the 1 ms version was chosen. atlas with 2 ms would still generally be prioritized over enmity and dhydro (i would assume, at least for most spellsteal builds) and the rest of these changes are more annoying than anything. personal preference but +1 on 2nd spell is highkey my most hated item id fuck you anya's penumbra

    also not a fan of how the item would aesthetically look with that many ids. i really like how atlas has one of the plain item textures and has very simple, straightforward, uncluttered ids, unlike some other accessories where you have an entire chapter of moby dick.

    I think the 1 mana nerf is fine, but it might still need a further nerf in the future. The unused proposal seems kind of cluttered, though

    Just get rid of all the ls and ms and make it a -tier bracelet. then add some random ass id for no reason whatsoever.

    I feel that it should've been 2 ms and a nerf to the -tiers so that it isn't as easy to get typically fast attack speed weapons down to super slow with one bracelet
