Alright, I need something to compare with as far as builds go.
A 1.20 spell spam Collapse build, I don't care if it uses any mythic boots, it just needs to be reasonably health and mana sustainable and as many as you guys can give maybe...

Quick question, is the black catalyst CI just the set bonuses?

Restrictions: No Mythics or LI
Preferences: Useable for 1.20 (unless that’s impossible or really difficult), TWA, Arkhalis, Glass cannon is ok

note that for this build 129 int isn't actually reachable-
once 1.20 drops, you can probably rearrange a few things and get amanuensis and something else to meet it. not sure haven't tested.

 

if oinuk is going to criticise then im in too >:)
you've made a clearly mixed build in response to a spellspam request
you've also used dhy neck, despite no LI being part of the restrictions
dhy nerf also exacerbates oinuk's point

It’s not necessarily a glass cannon, it’s actually not doing wonderful damage, but hey...it works

I’d have to get it out of TWA or make it spellsteal to do more damage (might be my lack of TWA building experience talking though, but this is the best I can do for this request)

 

Looking for a 1.2o mage spellspam
-Fairly survivable, I die easily (; (my previous build was WFA ~13k HP, it felt good)
-15k+ 1-2 mana meteors
-9+ mr preferably
-Preferably using Nepta (even better if can dual wield morrow) but I'm open to other weapons
*LI & hive items are all fair game. No mythics.

I’d love if it could avoid negative hpr, but I know that’s kinda not possible if using dragon’s dance and shawl; good hp is much more important.
