Questions About Corkus 1.20

So I was watching this video on TFF1 when the shopkeeper closed his store and placed what looked like a sentry machine gun. Hold up. The Corkians are so advanced they have fricking machine guns? Why haven't they stormed the other provinces using that? Is it experimental or are they just not able to produce more?

Upon further watching I see that also have flamethrowers, evil drills, and cores that were probably stolen from the Halberd. What is this place, America? And all of these things seem to be controlled by the Corkians and not by the factory. Are the Corkians too afraid to use these for war because they might turn to the factory?

Also, ever since when was Maxie part of the council of Corkus? And what even is the council?

 

I don't think the Corkians want war, I think they want to be a province and waging war on the places they want recognition from is prob not the best way to go about that. :)

I could totally be wrong, so if I am, feel free to correct me. :)

Ok upon further investigation turns out gavel has them too, via Golem Factory. However I'm betting that was bought from the Corkians

 

Is Maxie married? When watching the video there is this banner that looks like a wedding picture of Maxie and Efena.

 

Golem factory is (presumably) Dr. Urelix invention. Otherwise you propably wouldn't need the villagers
