SPOILER Current & New Eltom + Molten Heights Rework

I'm not gonna lie, even though the builds look fantastic, I personally think that some of them, particularly the entrance to Rodoroc look a little too much like EO. Changing some of the geometric shapes present along with a portion of the color scheme could go a long way in distinguishing these builds from EO.

totally feel free to correct me on this but isnt frozen heights from like a rogue dragon or a relic from the Dwarven and Dogun War that made it the frozen scar it is against the otherwise, well, molten area?

discovery lore of the area:
"Cursed by an ice dragon's breath, this is a scar of the Dogun genocide."

dogun genocide is the dwarves slaughtering the doguns, and since it implies that the frozen heights are a result of this genocide, but a dragon did the freezing, i'm assuming the dwarves had some control over the dragon

i explained that really poorly holy shit i'm tired. but pretty much discovery lore wording implies that dwarves told the dragon to freeze it.

Yeah true, but the Doguns were supposed to be the ones with dragons and stuff

 

do the discoveries, one of them mentions that the dwarves enslaved dragons, and since we know a dragon froze the dogun town even though they were buddies, its safe to assume the dwarves enslaved it.

suprisingly enough it's not. at least entirely. I honestly think that new Freezing Heights looks like mirror room.

 

okay now let me ask you something. what blocks do you want us to use in the freezing heights to make it look not like mirror room?? put in some greenery so god forbid two places with icy terrain don't look somewhat alike?
sorry if this comes off as aggressive but im honestly gobsmacked that people compare EO to literally anything just because of the slightest similarities. uses red blocks? eo. uses blue blocks? eo. has a pillar? that's right, eo. obsidian blocks in molten heights? there goes the build team ripping off eo again.
I completely and 100% understand if people find the rodoroc gate similar to eo, but with stuff like cinfras and now freezing heights i feel like it is being pushed extremely far lmao
anyway tell Salted to give us 1.16 blocks if you want a more varied palette for areas that are meant to give off the same vibe
