I Lost My Only Weapon

So i was changing some settings on a map mod and hit q. since its a mod and not a minecraft menu the controls still work and i dropped my weapon. i then died and have no clue where i died... Is there any way i can get the item back?

Wynncraft has a 'No Refunds' policy for items in-game.

 

Problem sorted Ri conniare gave me a weapon and a new armor set.

 

Next time, do /itemlock while holding your item to prevent you from dropping it
