    i'm not sure what my favorite letter is, but i doubt it's g, sorry
    Anyways, hello and welcome to the forums, adventurer! I'd recommend not doing professions yet, they take way too long in higher levels and aren't really important.
    If you ever get stuck, always feel free to ask someone for help (or try using the newcomer's guide or wiki).
