Just to say: I always interpreted the hourglass as a wynn world clock tower. It wasn't out of place in my mind at all.

Yea actually the yellow tend is still in Detlas. Its different ofc but you can even see this yellow tend in the background of my screenshot. The reminder of it is still there

nope. Detlas and Cinfras were founded without knowing of each other as far as i know.

 

Depending on when you joined the server either Selchar is the sister city (quest related) or Cinfras is because it's the hub of both provinces.
i guess?

 

I feel like there's an npc in nemract that say selchar is detlas's sister city.

 

That probably refers to the quest

 

I mean the song in cinfras is "Shining Citidal of the Allies", and has fast travel to deltas, so ya know

 

Might be allies as in Dwarves/Villagers/Elves
