Save Detlas Now!! (saved I Guess) E

Dear Community,
we have a REAL problem. We all know the big Hourglass, the last thing we have from our good old Detlas. Sadly it seems like the Hourglass is going to be removed for whatever reason.

So I want to use my knowledge to save the landmark of Detlas. I dont know who had the idea to remove it but I want to change that.

Please support the resistance for the Detlas Hourglass.

Or at least a clocktower of some sort, if we're modernizing.

The hourglass used to be in the center of Detlas, on top of a tower directly in the middle of town, where the item identifier was and is. In fact, there used to be a quest "Sister City," Which introduced you to Selchar. The Detlas hourglass was running out of sand, so you needed to borrow some from Selchar's.
The hourglass is a staple of the town.

 

you are probably a newer player. Back in the day the hourglass had its own quest and was in the center of detlas

Oh yeah definitely I started playing around March, I wasn't around for Detlas rework and 1.19

 

Old Detlas was great...

i. really do not see the point of it being removed at all.

the replies on the thread emphasize that-- the general playerbase won't notice it, and thus, it doesn't really negatively impact anything. those that do notice it but don't know what it is for would likely either ask, as has been done here, or just ignore it.

but for players that remember it, it's a nice little tip-of-the-hat

no reason for it to be removed.

 

I hope they don't remove the hourglass, it's an old relic from the beginnings of Wynncraft.

I remember how much fun it was to troll my friends by starting pvp matches then hide inside the hourglass.

Keep the hourglass!
I didn't play Wynncraft pre-1.19, as I joined about a year ago, but I think that it should be kept to remember old Detlas.

 

always forget that new players exist and are rlly confused rn hahha

 

on one hand i don't care if it goes but on the other why would the ct care about it being there

 

But why would someone remove it? Seriously, can we get some input on that?

 

Where did you find out that the Detlas Hourglass is being removed? Do you have screenshot proof of it not being there on the Beta?

I'm all on board if there is evidence of it actually happening, but right now this all seems sketchy.
