Any Class Therck's Set But Pep's Set?

(I would like to say im not sure if this belongs in class builds or crafting recipes, sorry if im wrong.)

I just found this recipe and i think its a tad OP, and might be a new, more powerful version of Therck's set which has recently been butchered. Grinding out Therck's set was a pain, but to make this it's so so much worse. It primarily uses reinforced leather from Misadventure On The Sea.

Using tier 3 level 27-29 materials, it allows you to have 1,152 health. As low as level 27. It also gives you 24 strength and 8 defense.
This is already strong on it's own, but this is literally just a helmet and a chestplate. You could use reinforced leather to make tailoring recipes, for a potentially stronger build. The strength req. is a problem for lower levels though.

Yeah, he can drop Corn Husks, Beef Tongue, and Reinforced Leather.
