Lost Soles Last Phase

I have both the boots and boot container, but Grandon won't progress. He keeps saying the way to get the second number and I don't think this is a inventory problem either.
Can someone tell me what to do?

 

You probably skipped a step. Do what it says in your questbook and see if it updates.

 

I'm 99% sure that it says bring back [1]boot container and whatever that boots name was. Idk maybe the 1% happened and I'm blind

 

According to the Wiki you give Ferndor the boots, not Grandon. Try talking to Ferndor instead.

 

I'm 100% sure I already talk to Ferndor. I started the quest you see

but you have to talk to him again at the end of the quest. He should be in the same place as before, outside the mansion.

 

Talk to him again to end the quest.
