Is The Replay Mod Allowed?

By the Replay Mod I mean this mod. I'm wondering if I'm allowed to use it in Wynncraft.

 

I believe you're not, as it enables you to look out of bounds, but I'd get a second opinion.

2) Whatever you find, if you want to spoil something for yourself, that's your choice. However, we prefer that you don't do that to yourself.
3) Whatever you find, don't spoil anything for anyone else. Ever.

 

Why? The mod is for cinematics. And for example @ReneCZ used it legally. That is where I got the info

 

iirc as long as if you don't really show what is out of the map is fine
I don't really think the mod itself is prohibited because some youtubers (like turbostratus or rene) use the mod for videos

I also was concerned it might be banned when I made the movies, but now whenever someone asks me if it is allowed, I send them this screenshot :D
