Assassin/Ninja Help Cool Dagger I Found

Level 53, was going walking around in troms found this dagger called noun, it does 40 - 360 thunder dmg, +9 dexterity, 1/4s mana steal, 12%+ thunder damage as upsides and 7 less strength and -31% earth damage which doesn’t seem to matter with it’s only damage being thunder, I just need 50 dexterity and level 64 to use it, would this be better than hashr’s claw?

With 2x t3 thunder powders noun deals more dps than hashr claw, and has mana steal and +thunder damage% and even a good dexterity boost. Noun is probably better in that case

are you sure about this? hashr claw is notorious for being really good at level and higher (up to level 70, even)

well, it might do more damage but i'd say a legendary at that level is better (like locrian, the exile at 65), 50 dexterity req is quite high actually
dexterity isn't that helpful as an sp anyways (compared to intel, defense, agility)

 

That's probably the super fast attack speed combined with +raw main attack damage. So it's really about personal preference. Noun is better for spell, while hashr claw will be far better in melee, which assassin is usually used for so hashr claw could easily be better.

That being said there's other daggers that are far better for dps. Although hashr claw is still high up there

I also will say that for thunder weapons dexterity is really useful in high quantities. But if you have like 10 sp left unassigned in a build dex/str should not be invested in

 

Hashr Claw is definitely better than this.
