I Lost All Of My Armour, Emeralds, And Weapons On My Profile

I don't know how this happened, but I logged out of Wynncraft earlier this morning. When I logged into it at around 4 p.m. I had no equipment or anything. I have no clue what happened because all my other profiles have their stuff, but this one everything is just gone. Please help.

 

I'm afraid Wynncraft has a 'no refund' policy, meaning that once you've lost your stuff due to anything, whether it be due to lag, server restart, or anything else, they can't replace any of your items, all they can do is try to prevent it from happening again by fixing whatever caused it. Sorry, mate.

 

Whilst Wynncraft has a 'no refunds' policy, you should still file a bug report in the bug reports section of the forums.

 

If you were afk in a city you could have been chain killed and lost all your soul points and your stuff.

 

This happened to my friend, but only to his helmet and his bow and I know he logged off

 

Were you in Lexdale or Gelibord? (the two towns I know of which monsters can get in and spawnkill you)

 

I was in the blacksmith area of the Viking town, but I’m 90% sure I logged out. If I didn’t somehow wouldn’t I just got kicked off cause I was gone for 4 hours or so

 

If you mean the ice nations, there are quite a few hostile mobs nearby and they could have spawnkilled you. Unfortunately the guard mobs don't do a very good job of keeping them out of the ice nations. Also, Wynncraft doesn't have a afk-timer (as far as I can remember), so you wouldn't get kicked if you afked too long (unless the server restarted, then it would kick you to the lobby)

 

Yes the Ice nations, but it’s weird because the same thing happened to my friend, and I’m pretty sure he logged off. Idk though you could be right, and I was just an idiot. Thanks for your help.
