Archer/Hunter Help Booster Plate Build

Hello! Title pretty much says it all, looking for a viable spellspam build (preferably with some esxtra ws) that would best accommodate Booster Plate, since I really like the jump height.
Preferably no mythics, and I also haven't done LI yet so I'll need to make do with some other accessories until I get there. Also I like using the Lightweight ID, so if you can fit Steamjet Walkers in there that would be great, but not essential.

EDIT: So I experimented a bit with some of the accessories, and came up with this:

I don't have draoi yet, but then I'll be able to get those costs down to 2 each. For now it works for me.
